This old train bridge actually connects West Monroe and Monroe also known as "Twin Cities". Actually, when I was here taking shots of this place I wasn't alone, there was another photographer too. This bridge connects the Twin Cities over
Ouachita River (wah-shi-tah) - a 548-mile-long (882 km) river that runs south and east through the U.S. states of Arkansas and Louisiana, joining the Tensas River to form the Black River near Jonesville, Louisiana.
