I'm so honored to have this session with this beautiful lady, my workmate, and friend. She's beautiful inside and out. She's one of a kind.

Toddler Outdoor Photos
It was a beautiful day when I took these pictures of my little one. He had fun at the park, walking in the sand barefooted. He just loved it! I had my camera with me because I was taking some photos around the park as well, and decided to take some shots for my little one which is really challenging me because every time I take his photo it always doesn't come out good. He will never stop moving around.
Few minutes before going home, I got tired of taking his pictures which were all blurred and I was ready to go home when I saw him sitting on the mary-go-round at the park. He must be tired...(he should be tired) all that running around in the sun. I quickly took some couple shots of him which I love. The results are not perfect but I love them. Just couple of shots because after that he was ready again to play. So, these are the photos I luckily captured.

Taking A Day Off
Few days ago, I asked my hubby to go with me driving around the country of West Monroe, Louisiana to shoot some interesting sceneries, it wasn't a good day to shoot because it was sprinkling on and off. But sometimes, as a photographer I do take risk and look what we found, It's a crane in the field.

when I saw this one, I already love it. The crane and the field as the backdrop is beautiful! With a little bit of color adjustments to make the color popped, I got what the result I was really looking for.
Still looking forward to shoot more out in the country in a few days in times like this-golden hour.

Honey Roasted Peanut - Using Natural Light
It was such a pretty day today and while I was drinking my coffee I was distracted by light that came inside through my kitchen window and then this idea came to my head. I think you know what idea I'm talking about. So, I checked out my kitchen counter and the first thing I saw is the Honey roasted peanut jar. So, I decided to give it a try since it's my day off today, I don't have to worry about getting late. But still no escape from my youngest son who is two-year-old, who was sneaking around the table and waiting for me to turn around so he could grab some of the peanuts and eat them. That's so cute of him.
Using natural light is new for me. And I'm still learning, and willing to learn more tips and tricks to get a better result. I'm a self-though photographer so when I have time I do a lot of research online and it helps.
